Steven C. Finley, Esq. has practiced in the state and federal courts throughout the San Francisco Bay area for over 40 years. Mr. Finley's practice covers a wide range of business litigation that includes probate and real estate litigation, contract and insurance disputes and issues of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.

Mr. Finley has successfully taken many cases to trial, both jury and non-jury, arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the State Bar of California and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
